Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all labels are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid Royal Mail return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to any local Post Office or designated drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
